This would include helping them find the information in the program, helping them to identify appropriate data entry points and clarify the questions the program asks and generally helping the taxpayer to maximize the benefit they receive from the program. Help customers understand how the tax rules and regulations have applied to their specific return. Assist taxpayers in obtaining solutions to both general tax questions and those specific to their tax return.
Previous coursework or experience in individual income taxes, the ability to utilize tax research materials, pay close attention to detail and computer experience is a must.
